VAT is included in the prices indicated.

I. Payment: For technical reasons only bank transfers are possible:

With bank transfers a price reduction of 2% will be applied, if paid cash on delivery there will be an increasement of 2% of the selling price.

II. Shipment: Shipments are possible within the EU. For orders above 500 Euro shipment is free, otherwise we will charge 10 or 15 Euro (depending on weight) for shipment.

III. Return of goods: You have the right to return the ordered products within 10 days, originally packed and free of any damage. In that case the shipment charge has to be paid by the sender.

IV. Shipment periods: The products are sent within 15 working days. In case some products are sold out or out of stock, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

V. Warranty: For all of our products there will be applied the warranty conditions and terms of the producers.
