Callback Service

An exchange or return of goods is possible under certain conditions. Please contact the seller in writing (e.g. letter or email) immediately in this regard to arrange an exchange or return of a defective or faulty item. Notify the seller of your product complaint, desired remedial action, and shipping dates of the returned item.

Delivery dates for exchanges and returns agreed upon by the seller and customer, both binding and non-binding, must be made in writing (e.g. letter or email) to the seller. In case of delay, defined here as a prolongation of the agreed upon delivery time specified by the customer, a grace period of 2 weeks becomes effective. This grace period begins upon the seller receiving the customer’s written request for an exchange or return.

Used items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless payment on said was made in advance.
